When you haul this many tomatoes and tomatillos out of the garden in a single day there is only one right path, make alot of authentic Mexican Salsa!  Our salsa recipe is largely based on a particular Mexican recipe.  It seems simple on the surface but has taken us many months to get right.   It is spicy but in a very complimentary way to the food you are putting it on.

Grab some and slather your tacos with it!  It will make you smile, we promise!
