We just scored these Hot Peppers! They are very tasty and therefore are destined to become our 4th flavor to accompany our Mango Scotch Bonnet, Papaya Habanero and Jalapeño Lime Zest. This one will be the hottest that we will offer.

It has a lovely taste and we are currently testing the best ingredients to complement it’s heat. Dont let it scare you though, this Hot Sauce will be highly functional just more fiery! Hinterland Market is plugging away on our 5th flavor at which point we should have our final bottles and labels in.

Aaron is originally from Western NY and has spent the last 23 years working in the world of design and photography in NYC. Karin and myself did not meet till 5 years ago even though we had lived less than a mile apart for 2 decades in Brooklyn. Humorously, we met online after both taking up residence in Vermont. From that moment we dedicated ourselves to making VT our home. Our mutual goal was to find a way to be happy, work for ourselves and become part of the community.
